Artificial Intelligence (AI) is increasingly shaping public sector operations, governance, and service delivery. Participatory AI emphasizes the inclusion of multiple stakeholders—citizens, policymakers, and institutions—in designing, implementing, and monitoring AI systems to ensure ethical, transparent, and effective deployment.

This training equips participants with knowledge and practical skills to leverage AI in public sector processes, enhance decision-making, optimize service delivery, and ensure stakeholder participation and accountability.
