Code of Conduct Awareness
1. Training Introduction
The Code of Conduct Awareness Training is a
structured and practical program designed to strengthen ethical standards,
professional behaviour, accountability, and compliance within organizations and
institutions.
This 4-day intensive training (3 hours per day)
combines theoretical understanding with practical application, concluding with
a 1-day Tour/Site Visit for experiential learning. The program equips
participants with the knowledge and skills required to uphold integrity,
transparency, respect, and responsibility in the workplace.
The training reflects global best practices in
ethics management, anti-corruption frameworks, workplace professionalism, and
institutional accountability.
