1. Training Introduction
The Confidentiality & Records Management
Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to strengthen
institutional capacity in safeguarding sensitive information and managing
records effectively throughout their lifecycle.
Organizations generate and handle large volumes of
information—both physical and digital. Failure to maintain confidentiality and
implement structured records management systems can result in data breaches,
regulatory penalties, operational inefficiencies, and reputational damage.
This training equips participants with the
knowledge and tools to design confidentiality policies, implement secure
information handling practices, and establish robust records management
frameworks aligned with legal, regulatory, and governance standards.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe operational records
management and information security systems in practice.
