1. Training Introduction
The Anti-Harassment & Anti-Discrimination
Training is a comprehensive and practical program designed to promote
respectful workplaces and strengthen institutional frameworks for preventing
and addressing harassment and discrimination.
Workplace harassment and discrimination undermine
employee well-being, productivity, morale, and organizational reputation.
Effective policies, reporting systems, leadership accountability, and awareness
programs are critical to building inclusive, safe, and legally compliant work
environments.
This training provides participants with a
structured understanding of legal frameworks, policy development, complaint
handling, investigative procedures, and cultural transformation strategies
necessary to prevent harassment and discrimination.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe inclusive workplace
systems and grievance management mechanisms in practice.

- Observation
of reporting and grievance handling systems
