The Workplace Respect & Professional Conduct
Training is a comprehensive program designed to equip participants with the
knowledge, skills, and frameworks necessary to foster a professional,
respectful, and ethical workplace.
Professional conduct and mutual respect are
essential for maintaining a positive work environment, enhancing collaboration,
reducing conflicts, and improving productivity. Organizations that fail to
instill clear standards of behavior risk conflicts, low morale, reputational
harm, and potential legal liabilities.
This training provides practical guidance on
workplace etiquette, ethical decision-making, interpersonal communication,
behavioural standards, and conflict management, enabling participants to create
and sustain a professional organizational culture.
The program runs for 4 days (3 hours per day)
and includes a 1-Day Tour/Site Visit to observe exemplary workplace
conduct and culture in action.

with HR, management, and ethics teams
- Case
