Programme Management
TRAINING
INTRODUCTION
Programme Management is the coordinated management of
multiple related projects and initiatives that align with strategic objectives
and deliver long-term value. Unlike project management, which focuses on
delivering specific outputs, programme management ensures that all projects
and activities within the programme contribute coherently to broader
organizational or sectoral goals.
This course is designed to equip programme
managers, team leaders, and development professionals with practical skills and
strategic tools to effectively manage complex programmes across sectors. It
emphasizes governance, integration, strategic alignment, stakeholder
coordination, resource management, and performance tracking.
