Introduction
Effective policy-making and policy analysis are
central to good governance, institutional performance, and evidence-based
decision-making. This training programme is designed to build the capacity of
public sector professionals, civil society actors, and organisational leaders
to develop sound policies, evaluate their impact, and apply analytical tools to
inform decision-making.
The course provides a hands-on, practical approach
to understanding the policy cycle, integrating stakeholder input, using data
and evidence, and ensuring that policies are inclusive, implementable, and
measurable.
