Introduction
In the evolving landscape of gender equality and
women’s empowerment, the role of Gender Managers has become increasingly
strategic. They are not only required to possess gender technical expertise but
also need to demonstrate effective leadership, managerial competence,
and the ability to drive institutional change.
This training is designed to build the capacity
of Gender Managers to lead initiatives, manage gender programmes, supervise
teams, and engage stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and strategic vision.
It blends gender mainstreaming knowledge with leadership development,
organisational management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
