Introduction
Gender management and development is a critical
framework aimed at integrating gender equity principles into development
policies, programmes, and institutional practices. It involves planning,
implementing, monitoring, and evaluating development initiatives to ensure
that both women and men benefit equally, and that gender disparities are
actively addressed.
This training course provides a solid foundation
for professionals working in public institutions, NGOs, and international
organisations to strengthen their capacity to mainstream gender in all
aspects of development work—from policy design to implementation and
evaluation.
