Introduction
In an era of economic uncertainty, demographic
change, and increasing inequality, the effective management of social
security systems is more critical than ever. This advanced training
programme is designed to build the technical, managerial, and policy-level
competencies required for leading, reforming, and scaling national and
institutional social security and social protection systems.
Through this 24-module course, participants will
gain advanced knowledge in governance, financial sustainability, digital
innovation, inclusive coverage, and interagency coordination for
social protection. The programme integrates international standards with
local realities to support reform, expansion, and efficient administration of
social security systems.
