robust project management and change management capabilities.
Election professionals are increasingly tasked with introducing reforms,
implementing technology, responding to crises, and managing large-scale
operations within limited timelines. This training empowers election
stakeholders with practical tools and strategic insights to successfully plan,
manage, and adapt electoral operations and reforms, while ensuring alignment
with democratic principles and stakeholder expectations.
