1. Introduction

Administering credible, inclusive, and transparent elections in dynamic and often politically sensitive environments requires robust project management and change management capabilities. Awarded upon:

  • Submitting and presenting a final project or change proposal
  • Passing a final assessment (written or simulation-based)
  • Demonstrating ethical leadership and operational understanding

Certificates can be issued in collaboration with electoral commissions, international organizations (e.g., UNDP, IFES, ECES), or accredited governance institutions.
