Introduction
Effective health system management is essential for
delivering equitable, efficient, and quality healthcare services. As health
systems face increasing challenges—including pandemics, aging populations,
funding constraints, and technological evolution—managers must be equipped with
strategic, operational, and leadership skills. This training program is
designed to strengthen the capacity of health professionals and administrators
to plan, lead, and optimize the performance of health systems at all levels.

Certificate of Completion
Awarded to participants who:
- Attend
at least 85% of the training sessions
- Complete
all exercises and participate in group assignments
Professional Certificate in
Health System Management
Granted upon:
- Submission
of a capstone health system improvement project
- Successful
completion of a final assessment or project presentation
- Demonstration
of core competencies in health system leadership and operations
Certification may be co-issued by academic
institutions, Ministries of Health, or international partners (e.g., WHO, UNDP,
Global Fund, USAID).
