  • Successful completion of a capstone PHC sustainability project
  • Demonstrated application of concepts in case assessments or field exercises
  • Completion of post-training knowledge or practical assessment

Certificates may be co-issued with Ministries of Health, WHO, Public Health Institutions, or Accredited Training Academies.
