Agricultural
Project Planning and Implementation Management
1.
Training Introduction
Effective agricultural project planning and
management are essential for achieving food security, sustainable rural
development, and agribusiness growth. Many agricultural initiatives fail not
because of a lack of funding, but due to poor planning, inadequate
implementation strategies, and weak monitoring systems.
The Agricultural Project Planning and
Implementation Management Programme offered by FOTADE Training, Research
and Resource Development Centre is designed to equip participants with
practical skills and technical knowledge to design, implement, and manage
agricultural projects efficiently.
This course provides a step-by-step understanding
of project planning, resource allocation, implementation, and performance
evaluation—using participatory and results-based approaches relevant to modern
agricultural systems.
