The Management Skills Development Programme for
Youth Leaders by FOTADE Training, Research and Resource Development Centre
is designed to empower young leaders with practical management, leadership, and
entrepreneurial skills. The course equips participants to lead teams, implement
projects effectively, and contribute meaningfully to community and
organizational development.
