Training Introduction
Community-Based Organisations (CBOs) play a pivotal
role in the successful implementation of Agricultural and Rural Development
(ARD) projects. They serve as critical linkages between communities,
development agencies, and governmental institutions, fostering participatory
planning, resource mobilization, and sustainable development outcomes.
The CBOs in ARD Projects Training by FOTADE
Training, Research and Resource Development Centre is designed to
strengthen the capacity of CBO leaders, members, and facilitators to
efficiently manage ARD projects. The training emphasizes participatory
approaches, organizational development, and sustainable project management.
