Capacity Building for Women in Management and Leadership

Introduction
Women play an essential role in driving
organizational growth, public development, and sustainable leadership. However,
many face systemic, cultural, and structural barriers that hinder their optimal
participation in decision-making positions.
This training is designed by FOTADE Training, Research and Resource
Development Centre to strengthen the capacity of women leaders, managers,
entrepreneurs, executives, and aspiring leaders by equipping them with modern
leadership competencies, strategic management tools, confidence-building
techniques, and inclusive leadership practices.
The program blends global best practices with
practical, context-driven learning to empower women to excel in managerial,
political, administrative and community leadership roles.
