Poverty
Reduction & Resource Mobilization Strategies
1.
Introduction
Sustainable poverty reduction requires more than
short-term interventions; it demands strategic planning, empowerment, resource
mobilization, and multi-sector collaboration. In today’s development landscape,
leaders, community organizers, NGOs, and government actors must be equipped
with tools to identify poverty drivers and mobilize the resources necessary to
address them.
This training programme provides participants with
in-depth, practical skills to design, implement, and sustain poverty reduction
initiatives. It also equips organizations with strategies to mobilize
financial, human, and material resources to scale impact. Through hands-on
learning, participants will explore community engagement, partnership
development, proposal writing, fundraising mechanisms, and monitoring
frameworks that support long-term socio-economic transformation.
