1. Introduction

This training programme equips participants with the knowledge and practical skills to build, manage, and sustain effective partnerships and networks in the development sector. It focuses on strategic collaboration, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, resource sharing, and multi-sector coordination for achieving long-term development outcomes.
